TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Section 574 of the
Municipal Act, the Council of The Corporation of the
City of North Vancouver intends, by By-law No. 5623,
to stop up and close a nortion of the Third Street
road allowance west o/ Bewicke Avenue, as in-
dicated in heavy outline on the map below, with the
intention of leasing the stopped up portion of. the
road allowance to the owners of the abutting pro-
perties to the north and south.
