DELIA PALMER does the Halloween Howl and, at the same time, goes a few rounds with an old friend. The Lonsdale Recreation Centre's Haloween Howl, held in the McDougall Gym, attracts fitness fanatics with a flare for the ghoulish. MITZI WHITE has organized an aerohics class at the Lonsdale R Centre since '88 and has had regular turnouts of 70 to 80 people each session.
