RHYS HOWARD pioneets sume funny new dance steps while lead-
ing a fitness session during the Lonsdale Recreation Centre's
Halloween How! last Friday evening.

DELIA PALMER does the Halloween Howl and, at the same time, goes a few
rounds with an old friend. The Lonsdale Recreation Centre's Haloween Howl, held
in the McDougall Gym, attracts fitness fanatics with a flare for the ghoulish.

MITZI WHITE has organized an aerohics class at the Lonsdale R Centre

since '88 and has had regular turnouts of 70 to 80 people each session. Between 50
oats and 60 people participated in last Friday's Halloween Howl. Info: 987-PLAY (7529).
RICK BRANDON and Linda Oishi do the Monster Mash. Door
prizes and prizes for best costume were handed out during this
popular annual fitness event.
