And that, for reformed hippies,
indulgent dinks and . practising
yuppies, is good news because, had
the restaurant attempted to do so,
patrons might have been faced
with the grim gastronomic pro-
spect of wading through brown
rice,, hashish brownies, seaweed
salads, alfalfa sprout souffles or
other semi-edible remnants of hip-
pie dippiness.

Instead, the restaurant presents
a swinging selection. of modern
food against the aural backdrop of
swinging '60s musical favorites and
lets the nostalgic magic for a much
ballyhooed decade permeate the
airs and appetites of those who
journey to the Esplanade strip
