WV man charged with fraud SEVEN counts of fraud have been laid against a West Vancouver businessman after $859,000 was allegedly pilfered from the bank account of the FPL Development Corporation, Charles Danielson, of 5359 Monte Bre Crescent, was president of the company between January, 1985 and April, 1986.
