New act details REPRESENTATIVES OF the parole board will spell out details of proposed new prisoner legislation for a special meeting of the Ca- nadians United for Safety and Justice in North Van- couver Tuesday night. The parole board speakers will be giving details of the new federal act that would allow the parole board to approach the courts to have the release of criminals under mandatory supervi- sion stopped if the prisoner is considered dangerous.
