Before Judge Ellen Burdett on Aug. 23, 1999: Michael Paul Dobinson, 23, of North Vancouver, was jaled two months and received 12 months’ proba- tion after he pleaded guilty tor M two charges of break, enter and theft of ewo houses in the 300-block of North Dollarton Highway, one on Oct. 5, 1998 and the other on Oct. 6, 1998; & stealing CDs belonging to a woman on June 13, 1999 in @® commiting mischief by damaging a car window belonging to the woman. Dabinson was ordered to pay $1, 000 restitution to the two burglary victims. Dobinson was serving a conditional sentence at the time of the conviction. The ronditional sentence was ter- minated and Dobinson was ordered to serve the rest of the sentence (three mondis) in real jail.
