of stealing a woman’s vehicle
on May 7, 1998 on Bowen
Island.

Michael Paul Dobinson,
23, of North Vancouver, was
jaled two months and
received 12 months’ proba-
tion after he pleaded guilty

in real jail.

Dobinson received the
nine month conditional sen-
tence in February 1999 for
