A stolen Petro-Canada card was
used at the same North Vancouver
gas station (wice during the crime
spree.

Jeffrey Alfred Niethammer, 20,
pleaded guilty to stealing the Petro-
Canada card on Sept. 23, 1994, in
North Vancouver District.

He also pleaded guilty to using it
three times that day.

Niethammer was sentenced to
nine months’: probation in North
Vancouver provincial court.

According to the: charges,
Nicthammer used the card at Petro-
Canada stations at:

@ 1270 Lynn Valley Rd.:
@ 1245 Lonsdale Ave.;
 /85 Mountain Hwy.

Wade . Carlsen, 20, pleaded
guilty to using the card once at the
gas station at 185 Mountain Hwy.
Carlsen received three months’ pro-
bation.

Probation term orders state thai:

the men are not to have any deal-
ings with Petro-Canada. And they
are not to use any credit cards,
whatsoever, within the first three
months of probation.

Niecthammer was also required
to pay $91.47 to Petro-Canada and
do 30 hours of community work.
