Keep hot. Meanwhile, bring about 3” water to boil in a medium pot. Toss in the tortellini, Ser oa Strainer or steamer over and steam the bok choy. Simmer, covered, ten minutes, Drain the tortellini and bok choy and add to the pan you cooked the chicken in. Add a few drops of olive oil and stir-fry quickly, until a light film of off is distributed. Dust with a bit of seasoning — I used garlic granules and cracked pepper.
