CAR BUYERS are not
nearly as pleased with their
purchasing experiences _ as
they are with their vehicles,
according to the Canadian
Automobile Association
(CAA), which has 3.5. mil-
- lion members.

In what CAA believes is. the
largest Canadian survey of | its
kind; with well’ over 3€,000
respondents, 74.6% of car owners
said they are ‘‘very satisfied’? with
their vehicles.

This represents a slight change
over the past four years, and the
highest satisfaction rating ever.
Only. 3.1% said they are
dissatisfied with: their current
vehicle, the same number as last
year and the lowest dissazisfaction
“rating ever.
