Researchers are agreed that the stages of coping with loss are predictable in a general way although there are large individual variations in the length and importance of each stage. Both information and support will be the focus of the next Bereavement Workshop beginning January 23 at North Shore Family Services. This is now a regular offer- ing of the educational pro- gram, and the leader, Jessica Easton, reports that the sup- port often continues long after the group ends. This workshop will extend over ten Mondays, 7:30-9:30 p-m., for a fee of $30 which may be paid at Continuing Education, 721 Chesterfield Avenue, North Vancouver, to pre-register.
