The changes We've taken another step in our progress as a newspaper. Starting with today’s issue, we are publishing separate front pages for West Vancouver and North Vancouver, in recogni- tion of the distinct qualities of the two communities. While the front pages of the editions will be different, no one will be deprived of the news coverage you have come to expect. The front page that runs on the North Van edition will appear on page three of the West Van edition and vice versa, reflecting our dedication to this area as a whole. The change has necessitated some internal changes as well. For example, you’ll find Bob Hunter and The World Outside on A4 and Street Beat on A9. It’s all part of our growth as a vibrant part of these com- munities and of our commitment to serving you in the best possible way. SPORTS A last look at the Vancouver Whitecaps for 1983.
