Teens grab beauty treats for a toonie

LYNN Valley giris headed to the mall Monday where Shoppers Drug Mart was hoid-
ing Its first-ever Teen Night for a Toonie. The special event atiracted 140 girls aged
10 to 16, who paid $2 and showed up to glean halr-care, skin-care and makeup tips
from the experts. The firat 50 giris received a grab bag of goodies. Dozens others
drew names to win products ranging in value from $25 to $180. The teon night was
Shoppers cosmetic manager Danielle Kinchella's idea. Kinchella says she was
_ tipped off to the need for make-over tips by a teenage customer. Above left (left to
