figure skaters, learn to skate programs, hockey and ringette
teams. The property is owned by the District of North
Vancouver and located between the Kiwanis Care Facility
and Ron Andrews recCentre. Access would be by the existing
Rerkley Road extension. It is anticipated that a new ice
facility could be open in time for the fall 1998 hockey and
