A Japanese trade dele-
gation paid a recent
visit to the brand new
adult condominium the
Atrium on Parkgate to
learn first-hand of this
unique North Shore
development.

given a tour Feb. 10 by the
developments founding mem-
bers Jim and Jean Roberts.

The Atrium is the first of its
kind in British Columbia; the
concept being brought here
by the Roberts from
Sherwood Park, Alberta,
where the Pioneer Court has
been very successful for over
25 years.
