Gypress coat

A 1989 Camaro in the Cypress Bowl parking lot was. totat-
ly destroyed by flames carly Wedaesday morning.
The case remains aimystery.
As of Friday. morning, police lad not talked ty the
charred Camaro’s owner,
Police ‘attempted to contact the owner at a Coquitlam
home, but it was the car owner r’s old address,
Saying the case was under: investigation, the West
~ Vancouver RCMP would not provide the location of other
- addresses they will be contacting. .
» However, police did say the cur was not local and the fire

| Teens robbed
T wo TEENAGERS watching a matinee at Park: and
Tilford Cineplex Odeon Cinemas on Monday were vobbed
by youths who sat down and surrounded them.
The victims, age 14 and 13, turned over a small amount
of cash to about six youths who then ran out of the theatre,
. according | to a North Vancouver RCMP spokesman.,
} The two victims remained in their seats to the end of the
movie as the robbers had requested, said police,
|. The mother of one of the victims called police.._ |
‘No one was reported injured in the incident...
Police are still investigating.
