MCL Why did he purchase the dealer- ship? “1 had been out of the car business for some time and | really decided that the business was in my blood. ! knew the business How would his employees describe him? “Well. im definitely hands-on. fn very in- volved in the business, but Edo let my people run their own depart: ments really as it they are their own businesses... We've been very lucky in having a team of Managers that are very on. trepreneurial and very capable, so ! give them lots of guidance but they run their own show.” SERVICE “We are giving what we think is by far the best service of anybody quite well, since | was in it most of] in this area, inclacing Mercedes my life, and 1 was looking at an area of the business that to me would be more satisfying, and that’s the upper end of the mar- ketplace.”” and BMW.
