other cats out of the food dish,
followed me all through the house
as 1 ironed and sorted laundry and
howled her head off for a serving

Her idea of mealtime is anytinie,
especially if someone else is eating.
She has never, ever, been a table-
scrap beggar — until now. When
she was so sick we hand fed her
anything we could coax her to eat.
