Directed by Elizabeth Ball Oesigned by Dougias Weich _ Starring Angela Gann & Anna Hagan The 1983 recipient of the prestigious Bronfman Award ‘Cant jose at Win Lose! Draw — for Excellence in Canadian Craft, Wayne Ngan was born in China and came to Canada in 1951. He attended and later taught_at the Vancouver School of Art and has lived on Hornby Island since 1967. His work has been exhibited widely (recently in his native China), and is included in many private and public collections. Walter Dexter was born in Alberta, and ‘studied ceramics in Calgary and Sweden. His numerous teaching positions include Head of the Pottery Depart- ment at the Kootenay School of Art from 1968 to 1974, and at Vancouver Communi- ty College from 1974 to 1978.
