HARRISON ~ Francis (Frank) Bertrand of
North Vancouver, passed away peace-
fully in Lions Gate Hospital on May 20,
1993, at the age of 89, He was
predeceased by his loving wife Isabel in
1989. Saddened by his passing is son
Roy and wife Karen; 2 grandchildren,
Carrie and Lonny; sister May Cowan of
North Vancouver; brother Bert Harrison
of California; sister Eunice Gustin of
Oregon; sister June Campbell of Califor-
nia; many relatives and friends, Frank
served with the District of West Van-
couver for many years. He was loved and
respected by all. Memorial Service will
be held Saturday, May 29 at 1 p.m. in
the Hollyburn Funeral Home, 1807
Marine Drive, West Vancouver. In lieu of
flowers, donations to the CNIB or the
Canadian Cancer Society would be
greatly appreciated. .

NAHANEE - William Joseph “Billy Joe”

‘passed away peacefully at his home ia

North Vancouver on May 22, 1993, at
the age of 35. Predeceased by his
grandparents Bill and Emily Nahanee.
Survived by his grandmother Mrs. Ethal
Brown of Nanaimo; 4 brothers, Walter
“Tinker,” Danny and Parris, afl of North
Vancouves, and Jerome of Oregon,
Washington; two sisters, Catherine of
North Vancouver anu Monique Morgan
of Nanaimo; many aunts, uncles, cous-
ins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Prayers will be offered Tuesday, May 25
at 214 Paitsmauk Road, North Yan-
couvet at 7:30 p.m. Followed by Funeral
Mass on Wednesday, May 26 at 10:30
a.m. in the St. Pauls Catholic Chusch.
Father Dennis Alexander O.MI. Cele-
brant. Interment Mission Reserve Ceme-
tery. Hinds Funeral and Memorial Ser-
vices in cate of arrangements.
