Crime Stoppers -is’ secking
the owners of stolen jewelry
recovered recently by
Canada Customs officials.

On Dec. 30, 1992, Canada
Customs seized about 300 pieces
of jewelry at the Vancouver In-
ternational Airport.

Two suspects were attempting
to carry the merchandise out of
the country to an eventual desti-
nation of Vietnam, where the gold
could be melted down and resold.

Alert customs officials foiled

their plans and confiscated over :
$100,000 worth of gold jewelry. ae d Co The Shape
