regulations and procedures,
if the school board there
accepts the recom-
mendations of its personnel
committee. |

A proposal which outlines
natural justice, an em-
ployee'’s right to con-
an ‘employee's
right ta equal opportunity
and recognizing the need for
the board to clearly define
its regulations and
procedures was proposed
Monday to the = school
board’s Committee of the
Whole.

If the proposal is passed,
teachers in West Van will be
able to follow set personnel
guidelines and procedures,
instead of the uncertainty of
unwritten “common

_practices,” now followed.
