ICBC spokesman Brian Geary suid the insurance company will spend $3 million for police ‘wages and breath-testing equipment in 10 municipal police forces, including West Vancouver Police (WVP), for the five-month campaign. .. “We expect to save around $6 million or roughly double the investment,” said Geary, “Weare not involved in it because it dooks good.
