Andrews said most of the 600 students enrolled at CIC are fren Japan. The local campus has a 380- student pop! ion CIC students may take a two- year certificale program — in International Studies or a four-year diploma program in international relations. The aim of the programs is to provide students with a global edu- cation, said Andrews.
