Shore News reader Dear Editor: Lam writing in response to Paul St. Pierre's appalling column, “Gelling to the heart of the hunting season,” which appeared in the Sept. 16 News. Frankly. his argument presented for the question, “Why KHI?" was nothing short of ridiculous, His colunin did remind me, haw: ever, of a number of studies [| read concerning this very issue —~ why many men (these particular studies concerned only men) need to hunt. Frequently, according to the studies, the men who hunt ate inen with problems af imputeace. For them, hunting. the act of pulling the trigger and taking a fife, provides the very real and, perhaps the fast. possibility of achieving orgasm. At the time the study's findings seemed far-fetched.
