This recipe is very unique and
delicious. We have printed it
exactly as received, not a word
has been changed.

Sponge wafers ( you can buy a
sponge flan and cut out with a
round tin can - approx. 3 in. di-
ameter - if you don't want to bake
one.

Over a pot of boiling water ina
stainless steel] bowl whip 5 egg
yolks, 4oz. sugur, 40x, suawberry
liquer, until very thick and creamy.
Remove and let cool.

Fold in the same amount of suffly

whipped cream and about a doz
large fresh B.C. strawberries.

Now around the sponge wafers
amold must be made. The easiest
way to do this at home is to staple
(not tape) 2 blank cheques to-
gether and secure them around
the sponge wafer.

Now pour in yo
freeze.

Serve on a bed of puréed straw-
berries, garnish with a strawberry
on top and dust lightly with icing
sugar.

Great for summer.
