‘Some waste exchanges report
up to 25 per cent of all listed
wastes are transferred to com-
panies that can use them produc-
tively,’’ .said McCarthy. ‘The
waste exchange can also be a pow-
erful vehicle to aid the reuse of
toxic wastes such as solvents and
dry cleaning solutions."
