Harvey Lawson of Bir- chlynn Place has appealed the amended pollution con- trol permit granted the district August 3. In his letter to the Environ- mental Appeal Board, Lawson claims differences between the district’s applica- tion as advertised and what was finally approved ‘should render the amended permit invalid.
