3 charged for —

Information given by a
West Vancouver man who
was awoken by intruders in
his home has led to the arrest
of three North Shore youths
on. charges of breaking and
entering.

A West Vancouver Police
spokesman said a man was
sleeping in his home at about
2 p.m. when he was woken

up by the sounds of people

moving about.

““ When he investigated he
found two males searching
through a closet in the
adjoining bedroom. The
pair, who had broken into
the house through a sliding
giass door, then escaped, but
the man was able to provide
a description to police.

As a result of this in-
formation arrests were
subsequently made by West
Vancouver detectives.

Charged with nine counts
of breaking and entering and
theft, is Peter Bochm, aged
18, of 4605. Woodgreen
Drive of West Vancouver,

said the break-ins with which
they are charged, involve six
