On the lockout
for aute crime

Patrols target North Shore icts

VOLUNTEERS from North Shore Community
organizations and ICBC representatives will be
checking shopping mall parking lots this month,
looking for unsuspecting shoppers who leave their
vehicles vulnerable to auto crime.

cation efforts designed to encourage people to lock their
doors and take other action — such as using 3n anti-theft device

Parking lor audits will take place on the following days: July
18 — Park Royal; july 20 — Westview Mall/Grouse Mountain;
July 21 — Lynn Valley Mail/Lynn Canyon Park; july 28 — Park
and Tilford Mall/Parkgare Mall/Cates Park.
