Wilfred Joseph Leboe
may be 78, blind and
missing one arm, but
he’s no pushover.

The Vernon senior is cred
ited with preventing a deter-
mined thief from stealing a
car.

Leboe's friend who owned
the car had gone into the mall
and left her keys in the car's
ignition.

According to the North
Vancouver RCMP, a man got
into the driver’s seat and told
