Asked to describe the accident,
Krause said: “As | recall, the car
took a hard right: turn. ‘There was
a bang. The vehicle had struck.a
pedestrian. Mr. Vanlerberghe was
confused. He looked to be a state,
of shock,’’ said Krause. :
