Group studying programs for parenting teens A NORTH Shore multi-agency committee has received $3,600 to study the feasibility of providing an education and daycare program for North Shore parenting teens. By Elizabeth Collings News Reporter According to Franca S8ertoncin, chairman of the parenting teens education ana duycare advisary committee, 85 to 98% of paren- ting teens in B.C. decide to keep their children. On average there are 40 births each year to 15-19- yea:-olds on the North Shore.
