(Deborah Cameron photo) hoist the “Business Game” Handsworth tops again in ‘businessmen’ contest Handsworth Secondary School in North Vancouver has produced British Columbia's top computer “businessmen” for the second year running. A team of three Hand- sworth students has won the province-wide competition of “The Business Game,” a computer simulation of business operations run annually by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. The three students, Glenn Cockfield, 18; Greg Liang. 17, and Aziz Ebrahim, 17, averaged %$6.5 million per game-turn in profits. Each week's game turn simulated one quarter of a business year. Handsworth was one of 16 secondary schools in British Columbia competing in “The Business Game” this year. Students are assisted by a chartered accountant who volunteers his time to the school. The game is run by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and the computer time donated by ICL Computers of Canada Ltd.
