The Administration and Finance Committee is composed of the Chairman of the GVRD Board, the Deputy Chairman of the Board (Mayor Jim Tonn of Coquidam), the chairman of all regional committees and the Mayor of Vancouver, Jack Volrich. Two new’ committee chairmen are Mayor lan Young of Port) Moody, named head of the tran- sportation committec, and Dir. Verna Barrett of Electoral Area ‘B’ (loco- Buntzen), named chairman of the electoral arcas committec. Other committees are chaired by Directors who headed committees last year though in most cases they have moved into different areas. Mayor 1onn becomes chairman of the planning committee, Mayor Don MacDonald of White Rock chairman of the parks committec, Mayor Don Bell of North Vancouver District remains chairman of. the hospital committee, Mayor Tom Constable of Burnaby is chairman of the tabour relations committec, Ald.
