impose design guidelines after landscape architects Karen
Kristensen and Adrienne Brown appeared betore counsil last
week to express concerns about personal safety and creating a
people-triendly urban neighborhood in Lower Lonsdale.

before they are marketed,” Dean said. “It gives us people-

‘Coun. John Braithwaite didn’t agree with Dean on setting
site-specific guidelines. He wanted to develop a third urban
