BAILLIE - Jean Sranagan Baillie, born in
Glasgow, Scotland, December 7, 1912
and passed away October 25, 1993 in
Lions Gate Hospital. Predeceased by her
husband Robert 0.B.€. She is survived
by her family, son Robert and Florence
Baillie, son Andrew and Marie-Louise
Baillie, daughter Kathryn and Tim Mc-
Cann; her grandchildren, fennifer,
Alison, Robert, Shannon, Christine,
Michael, Jeffery, Bryan, Tracy, Scott,
Jeanine and Marco. Also survived by her
sister Mae of Australia and sister-in-law
Ruth McDicken of Comox, many rela-
tives and friends. Funeral Service will be
held on Saturday, October 30 at 12
oon in the Hotlybusn Funeral Home,
1807 Marine Drive, West Vancouver.
Friends may pay their respects at a view-
ing which will take place between Spm
and 7pm, Friday October 29 in the
Hollyburn Funeral Home. In lieu of
flowers, donations to the Salvation Army
or the charity of ones choice would be

BRUHEIM - Hans passed away October
26, 1993 in Sidney, B.C. Born July 19,
1905 in Jostedal, Norway, Survived by
his foving wife Katherine May Ruth. Sur-
vived by one brother Melchior Bruteim
in Lillehammer, Norway and numerous
nieces and nephews in Norway. Survived
by nine children, Kirsten Eastland and
Solveig Murray of Quadra Island; Freya
Whitside of Waterford, Ontario; ingrid
Brounstein of Duncan; Sonja Feather-
stone of Victoria; Arne Sruheim of Oslo,
Norway; Eric Bruheim of West Van-
couver; Marie Robertson of Saanichton;
Sylvia Carruthers of Victoria, Also sutviv-
ed by 14 grandchildren and 4 great-
grandchildren. Predeceased by his
mother and father 1946/48 and 11
brothers and sisters.

Hans worked for Hume & Rumbie for
Many years, retiring in 1969 and was a
longtime resident of West Vancouver. Ar-
rangements by FIRST MEMORIAL, Vic-
toria, B.C. Private service in Duncan,

passed away alter a lengthy illness on
