Rugby club receives funds

THE CAPILANO Rugby Club
has received a cheque for $78,555
representing the second payment
of a $235,666 GO B.C. grant to
help upgrade facilities at Klahanie
Park in West Vancouver. The an-
nouncement was made recently by

Lois Boone, minister of govern-
ment services.

Boone said the project involves
upgrading Klahanie Park to a
first-class facility where inter-
provincial and international rugby
matches can be held.
