government has developed a
follow-up to its S:iperhost
program.

The new program, called
Superhost Encore, is aimed at
graduates of the original Superhost
course and zeros in. on three
Specific - areas: telephone com-
munication, special needs custom-
ers and a session called first
Tesponse.

This third seminar, devetoped i in
conjunction with St. Juvhn Am-
bulance, deals with initial reaction

if one finds oneself first at the,

scene of an accident.

However, Rick Lemon, director
of development at the Ministry of
Yourism, Recreation and Culture
in Victoria, is quick to point out
