Arrest made in WV robbery TWO SUSPECTS have been arrested in the armed robbery of a West Vancouver couple Jast month, in which gold and jewelry valued at $150,000 was stolen. West ‘Vancouver Police, in conjuction with New Westminister RCMP’s Major Crime Section, arrested four people leaving a New Westminister restaurant Saturday, April 11 at 6:30 p.m. Two of the four were later released. Raymond Clifford Spark, 22, was charged with armed robbery arid Ralph Gregory: Moore, 27, was arrested in connection with the March 29 crime. : / Spark, who appeared in West Vancouver provincial court Mon- . day, was unlawfully at large from the Ferndale Institution, near Mission.
