In separate bowl mix flour, cin- namon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add this mixture alternately with butrermilk to the sugarand egg mixture, Add thubarb, coconut, nuts, raisins, and grated rind. Mix well. Pour into a greased 7x1 2-iach (17.55 30 cm) pan.
