DEVELOPMENT OF A DASHBOARD: If you'd bought a
Lincoln Continental in 1940, the ideas which eventually came
to be incorporated in the 1980 Lincoln dashboard would pro-
bably have sounded to you like pure science fiction.

Back in 1940 (that’s the picture at the top), there was only
one electronic option: an AM radio. Today, you can get an

in total over the years that way than if you wait until you have
to take the car in — because something has broken down.

What's more, you will get more for a car which has been ser-
viced regularly than for one which has worn beyond its years.
Having a preventitive service and maintenance program for

clean: If you regularly wash, wax and touch up any scratches
