Laurent Neveu adopted the Savoury when its founder, Augusty Pecorelli, decided after close to three decades of Savoury adven- tures that he had another lite to lead. Laurent was Pecorelli’s partner at the time so the adoption was more a family affair than a faceless business deal. Philippe joined his brother soon after the Savoury’s retirement, and the two set - about building Eiffel east. They were blessed with a solid foundation.
