our store shelves, the next two weeks or so will
offer the opportunity for best selection. You should
then store them properly in a cool, dark, dry place
until early to mid March. Premature planting can
result in losses due to waterlogged beds which
will rot buibs. Use either bone meal or a good
quality bulb food for best growth. Enriching plant
areas with mushroom manure or peat moss can
also pay big dividends.
