This surprise move came at the beginning of the trial of Doris Orr, of 248 West 26th Street, on three counts of breaking the North Vancouver City dog bylaws, and caused Judge J.B. Paradis to adjourn the trial so written arguments could be presented. Orr and her lawyer, Jerry Green, appeared in North Vancouver Provincial Court on Wednesday.
