POLICE SEIZE GUN AND

CASH AT MOTEL

Two men arrested
near hole

TWO MEN were arrested Friday and a high-powered hand-
gun and approximately $13,000 cash were seized by police
after the two aroused police suspicion when they were spot-
ted walking away from a large, freshly-excavated hole in a
bush area of Cypress Provincial Park.

deep hole in a secluded area.

motel room the two men had been

Both men appeared in West
Vancouver provincial court to face
charges of possession of a
restricted weapon Monday.
