the United States. Seca imports thousands of gemstones from all over the world and manufactures all of their own
jewellery. Seca is staffed with the finest craftspeople and gemmologists. ;

THE JEWELLERY MAN.
Lugaro Jewellers. and Seca Gems are owned and operated by long time North Shore resident,
Steve Agopian, Steve got started in the family business as a gem sorter at age 8. In 1979 he
began travelling the country wholesaling loose gemstones. In 1982 the manufacturing arm
of the company was begua, selling jewelery throughout Western Canada and the Nortliwest
United States. In 1986 Lugaro became the route by which Steve's wares make their way
directly to the customer. Steve's passion for the jewellery business is what ensures that anyone [:53
