1. In skillet brown beef and
drain excess fat.

large pot and remove from
oil.

3. Add onion, pepper, celery
and meat to oil. Let brown
till tender.

4. Add all remaining spices,
brown sugar, tomatoes and
tomato sauce to simmer for
20 minutes covered.
5. Add beans
mushrooms. Heat for 10
minutes. ;

6. Serves 6 a hearty bowlful.
