First, they discovered a great our _ Super City Bus Tour — that in- cluded a half-hour bus ride around the city, a 45-minute boat ride on the Ouse River and a two-hour guided walking tour including a stop for afternoon tea, L.5 each. They recommend that every visitor do this first as it gives you a great overview of York. The Jorvik Viking museum ’ earned ‘adjectives like,. ‘Great! and ‘Fantastic!’ There’s no doubt that York has done a fine job with this. Also récommended: The Castle Museum, the Clifford Tower and the Shambles, the old part of the city and a fine shopping area. The Pines restaurant is a favorite of mine and they liked it so well that after their first meal they returned the next day for Junch.
