found from my own ex-
perience that autumn is the
best time for me to get a diet
going.

of summer has given way to

lifestyle, and the cool air
seems to impart a tingling
sense of purpose and energy.

Most of us are busy with
full fall schedules, with little
time to sit around thinking
about food.

The temptations of
backyard barbecues, beach
picnics, travel vacations and
family reunions are all
behind us, and it’s time to
get down to serious business.

Next summer is months

and the next bathing suit
season to slim down
gradually and sensibly. And
