Californian arrested A 49-YEAR-OLD Celifornia resident was arrested on Sept. 16 allegedly possessing icck picking equipment and jewelry from a West Vancouver burglary. Silvio Constantino Hernandez, of Hacienda Heighis, California, was in his vehicle when stopped by police near the Lions Gate Bridge, according to a West Vancouver Police spokesman. A witness recognized Hernandez from an alleged attempted burglary of an apartment in the 2100-block of Bellevue Avenue on Sept. 12.
